On October 6th I called on Mr. Water Heater as my water heater had packed it in the day before.

I was delighted with your service. Within hours of my call, a serviceman replaced the tank. He recommended a new pressure reduction valve as the water pressure reading was high, upon which recommendation I acted. The water no longer drips constantly from our taps; neither does the water “blast out” when a tap is turned on. The unexpected additional expenditure was a good investment. I really appreciate the sound advice I received from your service representative. I also really appreciated that he cleaned up when the job was finished. That was an unexpected bonus!

A few days later, I did notice a small leak from one of the pipes leading from the new tank, at a thread4ed join. I called Mr. Water Heater again to see if someone could come by and correct the minor problem. The lady who took my call was very pleasant and helpful and had a serviceman (who was in the area) drop by within minutes of my call and the problem was promptly rectified.

I want you to know how happy I am with the service I received. I know two of my neighbors believe they are about due for new tanks. I have highly recommended your company to them.

On July 31 you replaced our “leaking” hot water tank. We would like to commend you on your prompt service, and especially your service man, who not only saved us from overflow but was very efficient and caring in what he did.

Our daughter and two young granddaughters live with us and “hot water” is important to them, as well as us.
